The waterfront in Gundogan is spacious and even in high season it is never crowded. It is one of the more popular holiday resorts of recent years with its glorious beaches and historic places. It also has the warmest climate on the peninsula (you can still swim in September and October). With its picturesque jetties that are scattered along the shores providing plenty of comfortable and private spots for sunbathing and swimming.
Bodrum is 25 minutes away for those who fancy a more vibrant nightlife or an eventful day of wondering around its abundance of charming shops, sampling the Turkish cuisine or just watching passers by whilst soaking up the culture with a local Turkish tea. ‘SEAVIEW REGENCY PRESTIGE’ is a place you can truly relax in with its breath taking scenery and with its fantastic location you will be proud to call this home. The village is largely unspoilt and has a rural feel with locals selling
their home grown produce. Seafood is a speciality of the waterside
restaurants and you will often see local fishermen selling their catches
of the day to the local restaurants giving it that close welcoming
feeling.
Gundogan is easily accessible and there is frequent public transport to
the neighbouring village of Yalikavak which is 5 minutes drive away and
offers a mixture of traditional shops, an outstanding marina, beach,
bars and restaurants.
