Inspection Trips

We are pleased to arrange an inspection trip on your behalf. As an ABTA bonded travel agent we can book flights and hotels for you at extremely competitive rates.

Clients visiting Bodrum to purchase property will be asked to pay for their own flights but we will normally pay for your accommodation and meals. If you decide to make a purchase we will, of course, refund the cost of your flights.

Depending upon how many and what type of property you are looking for will determine the length of stay that you will need to find your new property but our clients normally spend between two and four days in Bodrum.

You have probably already looked at our available properties on the Explorer website or in information sent out to you in advance and so will have a shortlist of properties you are keen to view. Following breakfast on your first day you will meet one of our sales team who will work closely with you during your stay to find the right property.

Once your preferred properties are identified we agree an itinerary for the day that suits your needs and to ensure that you see as many properties as possible around the peninsula.
